Things I'd like: I'd absolutely love wraith fic - Michael/Carson, Michael/Ronon, Michael/Teyla, Todd/Teyla, Todd/John - and I love anything from crack to weirdly romantic to dark (but not non-con) fic for those guys. But I also completely love the OT4 in any and all combinations because Ronon and Teyla are just as awesome as John and Rodney, and I love them best when they're having fun or bonking; and I ADORE domestic fic, especially John/Rodney or OT4 domestic fic (movie night in Atlantis, anyone?). Last but not least I have a slightly odd fondness for Elizabeth/Caldwell. I think that covers everything! Oh, and just editing to add, I completely forgot to mention I LOVE genderswap and would absolutely die of squee if anyone did wraith genderswap. :)

Things I wouldn't like: Non-con or unhappy endings. Not for Christmas, anyway ;). Oh, and scat is a squick for me.

What I can do: I can do slash, het, femslash, all ratings, and I love wraith fic. I also love writing pretty much every genre although I'm best at crackfic, romance, or darkfic (but, again, no non-con). I'm also not very good at writing the non-wraith minor characters of SGA (sorry, Lorne, your eyebrows of awesome deserve a better writer than me), so I'd be better off with any combinations (gen or otherwise) of Teyla, Ronon, Rodney, John, Carson, Elizabeth, Todd and Michael. And I'm willing to do AUs, and the occasional crossover provided I know the crossover fandom.

What I can't do: Non-con (excepting necrophilia, if you'd class that under non-con), scat, watersports. And I don't write non-cracky mpreg.

Things I'd like: Anything John centered, and slightly angsty. I'll take John paired with almost anyone, although my preference is McShep. John/Ronon, John/Mitchell, and John/Lorne work took, though. I'd really love something touching on John feeling as though he's lost his importance in Rodney's life over the course of Season five, or maybe how Rodney fixes that problem, or someone else steps in and shows John that there is someone else out there for him. Anything with woobie!John focusing on his family, his time in Afghanistan (perhaps getting captured/tortured/injured), getting captured anywhere else; I also have a soft spot for cheated on!John, feeling inadequate!John or low self-esteem!John. Basically anything angsty and John centered, but WITH a happy ending, please.

Things I wouldn't like: Het, mpreg, crack, focus on McKeller or Keller. What I can do: John/Rodney, John/others, Rodney as long as he isn't with someone else, Cadman, Lorne, fluff, angst, humor, romance, action, pwp, h/c, any rating from G to NC17. I can do AU or canon, or a crossover provided it's with NCIS, Queer As Folk, or Eureka.

What I can't do: Mpreg, gen, het, femmeslash, crack, pwp, historical based fic, extended McKeller, primary characters of Teyla, Beckett, Weir, or Ronon.

Oh, yay! This is my first Christmas in the fandom! I'm looking forward to both reading and writing for this event!

Things I'd like: John & Rodney are my favorite pairing. Rodney is my favorite character. I love day-in-the-life stories, little moments, slice-of-life, day-off, team bonding, stuff like that. Team stories. Introspective, character-focused stories. Stories with unusual formatting. I also like stories that take an unexpected angle or focus to a situation or character. AU is fine, too! Episode tags, especially if they cover episodes that have very few tags. Mathy, science-driven plots with Rodney and/or Sam. Anything from the "what I can do" list below. If there is romance, I like it bittersweet with a twist of angst, but happy, sweet romance is OK, too. Just... not too sugary - I like it to be real and in-character.

Things I wouldn't like: Nothing too dark; no horrible endings. Anything above R-rated. McKeller. Animal transformations. Character deaths. Stories that use the plot of a movie, novel, or play and just replace the original characters with SGA characters. Kid!fic. I didn't realize zombies, werewolves, or vampires were a possibility until I read other people's "do not want" lists - now they're on mine. OOC. Mpreg. Crack!fic. Anything that could be labeled "fetish". Squick. Genderswap. Fairytales.

What I can do: Any characters, though my strongest are John, Rodney, Elizabeth, & Sam. (I really, really love writing McShep - pre-relationship, relationship beginnings, h/c, intense moments, etc.; kissing, PG-13 level of intimacy.) Stories with plot. For stories with pairings, I feel very confident in capturing subtle moments or the flash!bang moment of realization between two (or three) characters - up to PG-13 bordering on R rating; implied, subtle slash or het; any pairing; fade-to-black before the actual sex. Any romance-ish writing will be realistic and in-character; love isn't easy for anyone, and that goes for everyone in SGA! Gen stories. Team. Adventure/battle stories are fun! Introspection and character studies. "Little moments" - peaceful times, days-off, slice-of-life, downtime, rec time, shore leave. I'd love to try an AU. Anything from the "I would like" list above, I can write.

What I can't do: I am horrible at writing sex scenes. Like, John Updike bad. Seriously. You do not want any sex scenes written by me - fades-to-black are absolute necessities for me. (However, I'm great at the romantic and subtle - see above.) I also cannot write kid!fic, deaths of main characters, anything from the "do not want" list above (except for McKeller - I can write McKeller - I just don't want to read it.) Crossovers, except SG-1.

Things I'd like: McKay/Sheppard please, though I don't mind other secondary pairings (het or slash) - just please keep John & Rodney for each other. ♥ I like the boys to genuinely like each other & have fun being with each other. I'd like a happy ending please with the boys in love & together - I don't mind some angst along the way but with a happy ending (pining!John & oblivious!Rodney is a particular favourite of mine.) I like established relationships or first times & hurt/comfort is always good. Explicit sex isn't necessary but also isn't a problem. ;-) I like Atlantis located stories or Earthside or total AUs. Team stories (with the McKay/Sheppard relationship) are always great too. It doesn't have to be set at Christmas, though it's fine if it is.

Things I wouldn't like: No unhappy endings, death fic or BDSM please. I don't want the boys to cheat on each other. No really out there crack, no mockery/humiliation of the boys (I have a low embarrassment threshold). I'd prefer the boys to be about the age we see them in the show or older (& still happily together!) just not as teenagers, etc. No gender swapping or het & no threesomes or moresomes. I like the team with Ronon so no Ford please. I'd also prefer it not to be written in the first person please.

What I can do: I write McKay/Sheppard slash. I can write romance, humour, hurt/comfort, angst, AUs & Atlantis-based, first times or established relationship - & pretty much all ratings, though I'd prefer not to write really explicit sex.

What I can't do: Gen, het or femme slash. I can only write the McKay/Sheppard pairing. I can't write BDSM, death fic or extreme hurt, rape, etc. I don't know the SG-1 characters very well so would have difficulty if they were requested as secondary characters.

Things I'd like: Basically, I like stories where John and Rodney fall in love, things happen that make it seem impossible they can ever be together (WOE!), there's lots of drama and angsting before TWU WUV prevails! \o/

All right, what I'd like is John-and-Rodney-fall-in-love story with a lot of plot and little to no sex. Happy ending is mandatory; go wild with everything else. I've a deep love for pining!John/oblivious!Rodney, but if you can twist it so Rodney knows John's pining after him but has (sinister, protective, otherwise reasonable-ish) reasons not to act on that knowledge, that'd be nifty (just, remember that happy ending thing, please?).

Other buttons of mine are John and/or Rodney being protective of the other, skin hunger, fairy tale-style quests, old-school science fiction and Epic Romance. AUs are love, but really, I'm easy. Just, if you're setting the story on Atlantis, I'd like to see the rest of the team and some of the supporting characters in there (Zelenka!). If you want to write dark!fic (with a happy ending as makes sense within the setting), go for it.

Things I Wouldn't Like: Porn. Cheating of any kind. Permanent heartbreak. Crossovers/fusions with other shows, as I don't watch most of them and thus won't get the jokes. Amnesia stories are a definite no, as are non-con and mpreg. I don't want John and/or Rodney involved with anyone but Ronon or Teyla before they get together (except for the canon pairings), and I'm not much for OT4. I don't find prank wars or anything that's "funny" by making someone the butt of the joke entertaining and would prefer a story without Jennifer-bashing. Actually, I think I'd prefer a story without Jennifer playing a major role, period.

What I can do: John/Rodney, rated G to maybe R. I'm better with AUs than with canon settings. Angst with a happy ending is what I do best, but if you want melodrama, you got it. Or crack. I can definitely do crack.

What I can't do: Porn, kink, Teyla-POV, anything with Carson or Jennifer or Jeannie playing a major role, crossovers and/or fusions (see above), OT4. I also won't do anything related to anyone's religious beliefs, character bashing, stories that require Kolya and/or Kavanagh as the villain, or fluff. Definitely not a fluff writer.

Things I'd like: John/Rodney! But if you can do John/Todd or Woolsey/John, I'd be very happy. I love unrequited sexual tension. Plot is also awesome, but it doesn't have to be super detailed or anything. I'd just prefer something more than a character study or a PWP fic. I love first time (er, for the characters being together) but no virgin!characters, please. I'm a sucker for well-written cliches. I also don't mind fics with elements from SG-1 brought in, but I'd prefer no characters from SG-1 to be used. I love dimension travel and time travel and being out-of-phase with reality fics.

Things I wouldn't like: I'd prefer no het but I'm flexible with het as a minor pairing or as a side pairing or as a former pairing, that kind of thing. I don't want Rodney/Jennifer completely ignored! I would prefer fics to be as canon compliant as possible unless you're going for an AU. I don't want fluff, PWP, death!fic, anything super angsty (it is a Christmas exchange!), chan, dubious consent, non-con, scat, golden showers, vomit, mpreg, Alternate Reality stories (but AU is fine so long as it is of the what-if-this-happened kind), slave!fic or zombie!fic. Please use character names instead of descriptors: i.e. use John instead of the dark haired man. And please use the character names consistently. One of my biggest squicks is when people switch between a character's first name and last name during narration. I don't like receiving overly cracky crack. I also don't like super duper affectionate fics where people are OOC. I'm not a huge fan of team fic, kid!fic or character bashing fics.

What I can do: I would prefer to write John/Rodney but at a pinch, I can do John/Todd or Woolsey/John. Things I'd Like: Rarer pairing het, my favs are Rodney/Elizabeth and Rodney/Teyla (I would prefer that you avoid the more popular het pairings John/Elizabeth, John/Teyla, Rodney/Jennifer etc), complete AUs are great, especially historical ones, angst is good, as long as there is a reasonably happy ending afterwards, the not-so-adventureous parts of living in Atlantis eg when the chef was sick and everyone had to take a shift in the commissary or laundry day

Things I Wouldn't Like: Absolutely no slash or femmeslash (and the stuff that seems to get associated with it eg mpreg, watersports), whether as a main pairing or in the background, no character bashing of any kind, not too much Wraith, kid!fic, genderbenders

Things I'd like: Gen. I'm actually that simple, but that might not be much help to you. I like Gen of all sorts, whether it's strong friendship fic or dark angst or crack or AU or fluffy or...anything really. In particular, I like team stories, stories with lots banter, mysteries, stories with a strong sci-fi element, crossovers, action/adventure stories, snark, family themes and friendship. I adore episode-tags as well as 'what if' stories, 'could have been' stories and dark 'glad this didn't happen' stories. My favourite type of story is one that reads like an episode. Er, a good episode ;D

Things I wouldn't like: As you may have guessed, explicit sex is top of my 'no thanks' list, and I'm not big on romance either. I love all the characters, so no bashing, please.

What I can do: Pretty much my 'likes' list, although I'm probably best at action, humour and sci-fi stories.

What I can't do: Porn, AU. I don't mind writing pre-relationship/'pairing if you squint' (slash or het) but I'm going to be hopeless at anything more than that.

Things I wouldn't like: Femslash - nothing against it but I can't see any of these lovely ladies together.

Things I'd like: I love gen fic featuring John and Rodney. I really like Rodney having to operate outside of his comfort zone and having to save the day because John is injured or incapacitated in some way. The rest of the team (prefer Teyla and Ronon) can come to play, but I’d like John and Rodney to be the main focus. I also really like McShep – I love fluffy romance and pining!John, oblivious Rodney stories. I really like AUs with John and Rodney just living their lives until suddenly they find each other, and then life is never the same again. I’m especially fond of Scientist Rodney and his bodyguard (or some other law-related character) John.

Things I wouldn't like: Any other slash or het pairings. Nothing dark, death fic, or anything really heavy or injuries that aren’t able to be resolved (or at least on the way to healing) by the end of the fic.

What I can do: Gen with a John and/or Rodney emphasis, although the rest of the team usually comes along to play. I also write McShep - would prefer to keep it light and more PG-13 to R.

What I can't do: The only slash pairing I feel comfortable writing is McShep, so no other slash pairings, femslash or het fic. I can’t write deathfic or PWP or kink fic, non-con, rape, character bashing, crossovers.

Things I'd like:Ronon/John, John sick over Christmas (nothing major, maybe just a little cold, or a broken arm, or something that has him sitting out the festivities), lots of snuggling in bed with Ronon providing comfort, John managing to find a Christmas gift that rocks Ronon's world; would prefer first time and a feverish John not quite getting it at first. I love fluff and cuddles. Teyla/Rodney featuring also is fine but I would like it to feature mainly on Ronon/John
Things I wouldn't like: Severe hurt. An unhappy ending. Anything above mild angst.
What I can do: I can write slash and gen.
What I can't do: I can't write anything beyond half way through S2, sorry. Don't have Sky and (hangs head in shame) it's been a while since I've watched my DVDs for S1 and S2. So any characters / situations after that I don't know anything about. Other than that, I'll give it a go.

Things I'd like: John/Teyla, pretty please! I love this pairing, and all the swirling emotions underlying their interactions. For me, sound characterization is the greatest good in fanfiction. I love works that understand and give insight into the complex nature of characters' emotions, relationships, and actions and treat all the characters (especially John and Teyla) as real people. Some dynamics of J/T's relationship that I really love are: their fierce loyalty to one another, their deep mutual respect for one another, their protectiveness of one other, their self-sacrificial love, and their friendly playfulness. I like a smattering of genres, so combining several is fine, but so is doing one well. I'm totally fine with having my emotions toyed with, if you so wish, as long as there's a happy/hopeful ending. I am up for any time frame: I like post-EATG stories that make John/Teyla work in light of canon, but I also like John/Teyla stories that are set in no specific time context or in previous seasons and work with the canon that has been revealed up to that point. Lyrical prose is a bonus; I love vivid images/metaphors and brilliant little details. G to PG-13 rating.
Things I wouldn't like: I'd really prefer not to have any swearing or sex in the fic. I dislike fics that are depressing all the way through and/or end unhappily. As following from my love for sound characterization, I dislike crack!fic, stilted dialogue, and lack of subtlety where measured characterization should be. Other turn-offs: any abnormal fixation with ogling the characters or morbidly beating characters up for no particular plot purpose.
What I can do: John/Teyla. Character studies, introspection. Slice of life, vignette. Friendship.
What I can't do: Anything I wouldn't want to read myself (see "things I wouldn't like). John paired with someone besides Teyla. Slash. Stories where action/plot is front and center. Whump. Specific situations or characters brought up in S4 or S5. (I only know a handful of general spoilers from the last two seasons.)
