We're still waiting to hear from five people who haven't been in touch with us. If you have sent in a story or a request for an extension and haven't had an acknowledgement, it's because neither moonlettuce nor I have received your mail. Please comment here with either a link to the story (or to say where you sent it so that we can give you alternative means of getting it to us if necessary) or an ETA. Comments are screened.

Also, if you've requested an extension and don't think you're going to make it, or it's already passed and you still haven't got your story in, please either contact moonlettuce or I, or leave a comment here, with a revised ETA.

On a brighter note, we're on schedule to start posting stories tomorrow :)

If you end up needing a McKay/Sheppard pinch hit, I could get something done by Wednesday!

Our current intention is to throw the five non-respondent assignments out by tomorrow night if we haven't heard back from them by tomorrow, and Claire's about to post a pinch hit request now.

We've been throwing them open because I know we have people who aren't quite quick enough and there's always some disappointment if they miss it (and some volunteer every pinch hit post), so it seems the fairest thing to do - deal with them one at a time.

But thanks for volunteering here, and please feel free to pounce on any pinch hit requests that grab your interest :)
