ADMIN: Deadline Reminder

Just to remind people that the deadline for getting stories to either myself (moonlettuce @ livejournal.com) or alyse (alyse @ livejournal.com) is the 10th - that's tomorrow.

The way we work it is: the deadline is up until 11:59pm on the 10th December, in your timezone. (That way no one has to remember GMT - 7 hours and so on ::grin::)

If you've already sent us your story, yay!

If you've already contacted us about an extension, we've made a note of it! (Fear our mad spreadsheet skillz... No, seriously...)

If you're still writing, here are some pompoms of cheeringness! *\o/* (Please note, I don't get my pompoms out for just anyone ;-)

If your fic is with a beta, tell them they're fabulous and the mods of sga_santa love them!

If you need an extension and haven't contacted us yet, please do so!

(Wow, I'm totally abusing exclamation marks in this post...!)

If you have sent us a story / request for an extension and haven't heard back from us, please contact us again because if we haven't replied, then we haven't received it!

If you have any other questions then please ask!

Also, please bear in mind that both Alyse and I are in the UK and work full time, which means you may not get a reply straight away when you do contact us. (If your e-mail arrives at 4:00am our time, odds are, we'll be asleep ;-)

Posting starts on December 14th, and we've got nearly 100 people taking part this year, so we're in for some great fic!
