Oh, this is a lot of fun. It really feels like it could've just come from a (good) episode. I love Teyla's POV here, and your characterization of everyone was fantastic. The marine observatory sounds awesome, and I can't decide if being dumped into a water-filled room or one that's completely pitch black would be worse.
