*g* I like to pretend, in my head, that we only see the missions that go compeltely wrong. In between there are dozens of boring, by the book, protocol driven missions that go just as expected. Except for the declarations of undying, um, irritation, possibly, on McKay's part. And Sheppard's for that matter. Hmm. No, just as expected ;-)
