You've managed to send me on a whirlwind of emotions and I loved it. I especially love John and Teyla sharing a bed. That was classic, but I must agree with the rest, that last part...WOW, that deserves as a stand alone. There's so much there but enough to leave the reader satisfied and understand the realities of what our world would be willing to do in situations faced with power and authority. No question about it. I loooove that this is Torren here. Love the fact that he's the one taking charge. But you cheated me with John and Teyla...I wanted to read much more about them and why they came to this point. Even though you did spell it out. I love that she decided to leave him, claim him and trust him. John can't be without Teyla or Atlantis. They are both a part of him and without it he's nothing.
