That line in particular made me laugh, it's just so typical of him! I loved the way that he was the only one healthy, and his panic at that, and yet at the same time he was completely efficient at looking after his team. (Him 'darkly' thinking that's because of Jeannie made me giggle again.)
"Oh," Rodney says, and feels his face warming, because he really is quite fond of these people, even if they are full of vomit and snot.
