I go to quite a few classical concerts, and -- sitting in the cheap seats behind the orchestra -- I spend a lot of time staring at various conductors (and pianists). There is something electrifying about a good conductor and the ones who look so laid-back until the baton comes down ... GUH. So, obviously, Sheppard. Despite his dodgy knee.
