Oh wow.I'm not even sure I have words for this story. You unfolded it beautifuly, kept me interested and just slightly confused until the right moment. And the real Rodney being dead was like a kick in the chest. I love that part of his reasoning for creating AI Rodney the way he did was that John wouldn't get lonely. It's terribly sweet, my favorite image is a tie between twelve year old John and Rodney lion hunting and kindergarden Rodney reading the fire extinguisher. Fantastic, will definitely go on my rec list after the reveal. Thank you for writing this!
