At least a warning that it's a darkfic? This is horrifying. I got squicked at the forced consent/non-consent. It may be medical, but it's still about the body. That in conjuction with the attitudes of the humans adds another layer of squicky. Replicating the mode of thinking by Nice Guy rapists. And under these circumstances, that kiss wasn't hot because Todd is under an influence in a sitaution that he does not want. I don't feel sorry for Sheppard that Todd imposed a kiss on him.
