It was unbelievably addictively fabulous. I just devoured it in one go. But I know also that it's one I'll comeback to again and again. It's that whole world thing.
You created a world and it's all kind of perfectly of itself, and it fits Rodney and John perfectly too, and things I'vs sometimes half imagined. Like how it makes complete sense that Rodney would scarifice parts of himself in order to do his magic. Like John would continue to be all the things he is even if everything was taken away from him. And that you wrote it all in so short a time is just mindblowing. I know I really struggled to get my paltry 22000 words down in the time given, and had to ask for extra time as well!
Apart from the obvious skill and imagination and talent you must also be very disciplined.
