Reminders for submissions!

Hi guys

I hate to be a nag, but can you please remember the submission requirements for sga_santa as set out in this post.

The absolute key things to remember:

- remember to include your LJ name in the file name and your e-mail. We're good, but we're not psychic ::g::; and

- include your recipient in the headers, so that they know the story's for them! Or we'll have to look it up on the spreadsheet, and that will make me cranky

- remember to leave a blank line between paragraphs rather than using Word's fancy formatting options.

If you haven't used bold and italics html tags but just stuck to bolding or italicising in Word, then this post by anr explains how to fix that before you send it to us. You can also find formatting information on the admin: formatting tag on the comm.

We convert all files to plain text before we post, so any fancy formatting will be lost unless we fix it manually (and as more stories roll in, the less time we'll have to do that).
