A few things to note...

I'm going to have to be brief as - to use that most quintessentially English of idioms - I feel as rough as a badger's arse.

1. Sign ups close in three days. That means you only have three days to sign up for the exchange. Please feel free to pimp/communicate that little deadline far and wide, as I suspect I'm not going to be able to.

2. Claire is currently plague free but busy running a con this weekend. So please direct any questions to me - if it relates to sign ups or stuff you need to know before the sign up deadline passes, I'll try to answer it as soon as possible, but anything non-urgent will have to wait for a while I'm afraid.

3. Please don't lock your request posts when you post them to the community. Not everyone who takes part in sga_santa has a livejournal account, so not everyone can join the community and read locked posts. Locking posts is therefore likely to make life a little more difficult for anyone assigned to write for you or anyone looking to spread a little Santa Madness Joy.

4. Please remember to tag your request posts with the key pairings/genres/characters you really want stuffed in your stocking so that people looking for Santa Madness prompts will find appropriate posts. ETA: REMINDER - the requests tags all start with 'requests 2010'. Please don't use all of the other tags - they're for actual fic posted. Thank you.

Things I'd like: I would love a story involving John/Rodney and pining.  Either one, or both!  Nothing too over the top dramatic.  Otherwise, the field is yours!  Team-y adventure story (I do love an awesome Teyla and Ronon), in Pegasus, on Earth, historical AU, modern AU, whatevs.  Quieter character study type pieces also happily accepted.  I love it when the women of Atlantis get to be smart and kickass, so any of that you would like to include would be welcome.  I love alien worlds and cultures, AUs where Atlantis is cut off from Earth (I have a thing for fic that casually mentions holes in clothing because of being cut off, that kind of thing).
Things I wouldn't like: Noncon, dubcon, Keller bashing, any character bashing, cheating.  I don't know SG1 or universe as well, so skip those, please.
What I can do: John/Rodney, gen team or gen in general.  I could do McKay/Keller, with the caveat that the team would be important to Rodney, and most other pairings, slash or het would be fine. AU or canon.
What I can't do: Beckett-centric or slash stories. Anything beyond an R rating, John with anyone besides Rodney, SG1 or SGU crossovers, mpreg, genderswap,

Things I'd like: Slash. Romance. Anything you want as long as it's not McKay/Sheppard as lovers. A Beckett/Anyone paring is fine. Kinky would be good too. Must have a happy ending. Romance for Radek would be fun too. If you want to do a threesome that would be good to.
Things I wouldn't like: No McKay/Sheppard except as friends, No non-con or any type of kink that harms another character. Character death of a main character in the story.
What I can do: Prefer writing Slash but will write het if required. Happy to write Kink, but not BDSM, scat or watersports, can write NC-17. Would prefer to write a pairing with either Beckett or Zelenka but am willing to write others.
What I can't do: I cant write Ronon. Am not willing to write Mc/Shep or any pairing with Ronon.
