I think it's wonderful to see them stranded on a world that isn't secretly out to get them or use them for sex, or any of the other lovely themes we have in this fandom. (not that I don't like those too, but this is an excellent change!)
I love all the time you spent on detailing the culture, and on how John and Rodne come to each other over time. Finally, that they're found, and everyone is so happy to have them back.
