Awww, I loved this so much. Wonderful glimpses at Rodney's past integrated into his present. I think my favorite bit was him fucking it up w/ Allison, b/c just, ouch, obviously saw that coming as the story progressed, and when Rodney realized what had happened and what he'd lost (and then tried to win her back in the worst possible ways), I really felt for him.
Reading this was way better than learning elementary analysis. :D
