I love how John is so almost uncharacteristically emotional (and yet, how it fits, with the thinking they were dying and the drugs and the Rodney looks). And Rodney in this just kills me. His affection and straightforwardness and confusion. Oh Rodney Rodney.
And this! He palmed the lights down low, which was a mercy, and stretched out on his side, his head propped up on one broad palm, the other resting like comfort on John's stomach.!!! Just...love!
