This is so so perfect. Just, team and John with these extra, unwanted senses and abilities, and everyone who knew is dead, and the horror of the Wraith queen, and oh, all of Rodney, in his meanness and getting kidnapped and getting rescued, and cutting straight through to what's important, just the way Rodney always does is such a perfect line.
I love the idea of John seeing everyone in shades of octarine....seems like it would make him even more inscrutable, and just the image of the world through his eyes....someone with artistic talent needs to create an image of that.
