Admin - a few gentle reminders
Stories are due this Friday. That's 3 days, my lovelies.
If you don't think you'll make it (and I'm not bothered whether they're in by midnight our time or yours as long as they're in - I'll be tucked up in bed before then like a good girl anyway, unlike Claire who's a dirty stop out ::g::), please remember that you need to contact us to request an extension. Please contact us both by e-mail rather than commenting here, as it's easier for me to keep track of that way, given my normal propensity for disorganisation when it comes to LJ comments. E-mail addresses are included in our original mail to you with your assignment, or you can reach us at alyse or moonlettuce at livejournal.com.
When submitting your story, please remember to:
- include the headers
- let us know if there are any author notes you want holding back
- title your file using the following format: yourLJname - story title - (if applicable) part x of y. It makes it much easier for me to find it again if I need to fix/replace it when you spot that errant typo that you invariably only spot once you've sent it in
- remember to tell us who you are! In other words, you need to mention your LJ name in your e-mail if you haven't remembered to include it in your file name. Half the time I can't remember my own name, so it's difficult for me to cross you off the list if you simply send me an e-mail from Joanne Bloggs with a file called 'My SGA Santa Fic!" Especially as we get a lot of those ::g::
