I am so delighted that you liked Miranda! It just makes sense that John would like her, since she's pretty much a female version of McKay with more tact and less obvious asshole behaviours. She's quite capable of reducing people she considers idiots to tears, too. :)

I do have some thoughts in my mind for the possibility of her ending up with the SGC somehow, but... yeah. We shall see.
