Oh, this was fabulous! This is my OT3 and such a wonderful, wonderfully hot story: I love Jennifer's POV that lets her intelligence shine through, and I love how Rodney's undrugged and worried, and I love how John's resigned to being alone. The line "It's just one more thing," John says, and Jennifer's heart aches for him. "There's a lot I'm taking to the grave, Rodney." kind of broke me, because John's not pining nor pitying himself, he's just accepting, and oh, thank goodness for Jennifer.
