First pinch hit of the season

We need a pinch hitter!

Vague details:

Pairings: mostly featuring John, several slash variations (but not McShep) and one het - John/Teyla
Gen: welcome as well
Crossovers: Crossovers with SG1 welcome.
Other details: Plot rather than PWP, no Rodney, Beckett or Keller
