This story needs art. The picture in my head of the two of them showing up in the mess, probably bare foot and in scrubs, blind!McKay pushing broken!Sheppard in a wheelchair, I'm still laughing. I can imagine jaws dropping all over the mess. Hope somebody had a camera. Thanks for the story!
