I enjoyed this *so* much. I love how you wrote Woolsey. Such a cool, officious administrator, and yet so endearing. How to Win Friends and Influence People indeed. I love all the insights he had, (like how Ronon can be an excellent tactician) and his professional approach to everything. You really emphasized his fish-out-of-water qualities, especially with the mission as seen from his POV - just waiting in Atlantis while the team has their adventure, going nuts because all he can do is listen to their communiques. I don't think I've ever read that angle in fanfiction before, and I really thought it was unique and clever. I just... loved this story. It had a satisfying plot, it was funny, the dialogue was spot-on (McKay's was especially good), and the ending was delightful and touching. Thanks so much for writing this! If I ever compile that list of top ten personal favourite SGA stories, this one's totally on it.
