That was brilliant. I love the way you had the humans doing bad things for good reasons (so much like it was on the show), and how Todd sees them and their actions from his POV. And Todd's realisation about his attraction to Sheppard and Sheppard's reaction to the kiss were were hot, in a messy, fucked-up sort of way.
