This story rocks! I love the John connection to all things Ancient - especially when it kicks back. John releasing his team and them rescuing him was awesome. Descriptions were great as was the interaction between the characters. Loved all the flashbacks to John's past - giving us a glimpse of his previous experiences. Super loved Rodney's comment about the DR in front of his name not making him John's personal nurse - so very Rodney. Lots of tension and excitement and worry and snarking - makes this a really nice read!!!!
