I don't even have proper words to describe how amazing and wonderful (full of wonder) this story is! *basks in the afterglow* But I shall try!

I love every part of this, and you've done a truly amazing job with the world-building and storytelling. My interest in what was going to happen next never flagged at all through the entire story and that so very rarely happens. Every character and detail is so real and true and... and... *flails incoherently*. And the love between them — all the characters, not just John and Rodney (but, oh, their romance made my toes curl and my stomach go all swoopy (in the good way, like riding a Ferris wheel)).
