Oh, wow! This is wonderful. I love the way this story unfolds -- the way you show us who Evelyn is, and who her family is, and how she came to be. And oh, Rodney, and oh, John, and oh, Jeannie -- and then just when I thought you'd broken my heart, you brought them back to life! YAY!
