I love, love love the way that John handled the opening conversation; it fits so well with his personality, wrapping his emotions in a gentlemanly politeness. And his post-concussion conversation with Jennifer was absolutely spot-on character voices for both of them. Him at wits end, and her actually paying attention to him.
