How did I miss reviewing this the first time I read it?

What a great plotty way to get Lorne and Sheppard and Rodney together! I loved all the details in this story, and how much time you obviously spent on thinking out the culture and personalities. I think I'd like to see them go back to learn more about the actual spires.

The finish was lovely too -- I think my favourite part was where John says Rodney has to be a part of anything they do, and Lorne says how that just won't be a problem. Yum!
