Yay for the Cadillac of the Sky! I can so easily see John as someone who grew up with a love for classic planes.

I loved this. Loved the pacing of it, the slow, patient building of something else in parallel with the building of the aircraft. Loved all the details of the stages of the project, and other details as well: John is terrified of babies; Ronon with a rivet gun; your explanation for what happened to the Athosians; John liking Luke better, and why. The Rodney voice was just right, but all the other characters were wonderfully done, too. And the manip was great!
