I *know*! He is so angsty and conflicty! He will not be able to save his one twu wuv!

I mean, as much as I love John (and as much as, you know, I *wrote the story*,) I think John can get himself very overwrought at times - he strikes me as the type who doesn't necessarily obsess over what's happened already, but over what *might* happen.
